For over 20 years, our mechanical engineering team has exploited the most up-to-date 3D technology to deliver market leading, innovative designs for food production and bakery machinery. Under the direction of a project manager, engineers identify and interpret individual requirements, creating the optimum solution. A commitment to on-time delivery drives every stage of the design, virtual prototyping, fabrication and assembly process.

Electrical Engineering Department

Our electrical engineering team has over 20 years of experience in developing industrial automation control systems. Under ABI Automation management, our in-house Vision & Robotics team is complemented by our expert electricians and state-of-the-art PLC panel build shop. Panels designed and built in the ABI Automation shop meet the latest codes and specifications for delivery to all parts of the world.

ABI Automation Production Manufacturing Facility

Due to increasing demand for its products and the desire to enter the field of robotics, ABI Ltd. (the parent company of ABI Automation) made the move to a new 27,000 sq.ft. state-of-the-art facility in December 2007. A large stainless steel manufacturing centre with over 35 engineers, millwrights and technicians enables ABI Automation to offer one of the most extensive line-ups of standard equipment designs for the food and bakery industry in the Greater Toronto Area. Built to the highest quality standards, the ABI Automation name is associated with equipment installed throughout North America, Europe and Australia. Our knowledgeable mechanical and electrical staff take great pride in their work, ensuring that your project is completed to the highest possible standards and delivered on time.

Parts and Service Department

Headed by Supreet Kalsi, our parts and service department benefits from his extensive experience in customer relations gained in businesses across North America and Europe. Backed by the wealth of support offered by the engineering, manufacturing and production teams, it is the aim of the parts and service department to provide the right solution in a timely fashion -- every time.
