At ABI Automation, we are committed to providing our clients with the highest levels of service and support. In line with this commitment, we make available our extensive expertise during the planning stages of every project. We evaluate your requirements and develop a comprehensive plan of action based on desired goals, space constraints and budget restrictions. We then recommend the equipment that is best suited to your needs, and provide layout drawings showing its optimum placement on your premises.

Equipment Automation

Before commencing the design process, we are briefed by the client. The most important link in the chain, the client’s requirements, expectations and concerns create a firm foundation on which to build a sound solution. Our engineering department is staffed with mechanical and electrical bakery specialists bearing a wealth of experience in this field.

We can automate existing equipment or provide a turnkey solution for a new project. Having developed the key building blocks required for the automation of a variety of processes, we are able to build upon these blocks to deliver a complete system. These blocks include such equipment as reciprocators, pan and board indexers, pan and board stackers and un-stackers, groupers, accumulators, diverging and converging equipment, oven loaders and un-loaders, proofers, ovens, cooling spirals, vision systems and robotics, together with various peripherals and accessories.
